Angels we are unaware of<\/strong><\/p>\n

My daughter was just a baby, under 1 year old and still in a car seat. My wife and I were driving through the middle of nowhere<\/strong>\u2026middle of Ohio.<\/p>\n

It was the middle of the night and we hadn\u2019t even seen another car on the road for what seemed like forever.\u00a0 My daughter was in her car seat in the back and eating some candy \u2013 jelly beans I think.<\/p>\n

Something prompted me<\/strong>\u00a0to glance in the back seat and I noticed her lips were turning blue \u2013 and we freaked out! My baby \u2013\u00a0OMG<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Within 2 seconds the car went from\u00a075mph to 0 and I pulled to the side of the road<\/strong>. Remember, middle of nowhere\u2026we hadn\u2019t seen a car for a while.<\/p>\n

Imagine how fast I was, leaping out of the driver\u2019s seat and pulling her out of her car seat \u2013 adrenaline pumping and I was\u00a0FOCUSED<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Literally<\/strong>, by the time I had her out of the car seat, I look up and an SUV was parked in front of us and two young men were already jogging towards us.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe saw you pull over so quickly and wanted to see if we could help. We are EMTs!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Hmmm\u2026where did they come from?<\/strong>\u00a0This is my thought as I am cradling my child about to do a Heimlich on her.<\/p>\n

Adrenaline<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As I start tapping on her back, I look behind and a Cadillac is parked behind us. A woman is jogging towards us.<\/p>\n

\u201cI saw you pull over so quickly and wanted to see if I could help. I am the head nurse at the hospital down the road!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Hmmm\u2026where did she come from?<\/strong><\/p>\n

By this time the candy was dislodged and Laura was breathing fine.\u00a0The nurse took a quick look and all was well<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

My wife and I thanked everyone vigorously for stopping.\u00a0It was kind of surreal<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Everyone got back in their vehicles and went on their way.<\/p>\n

Funny thing is, we did not see any cars on the road for the next hour or so\u2026not even the Cadillac or the SUV.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Hmmm\u2026where did they go?<\/strong><\/p>\n

That incident built my and my wife\u2019s faith that God really has sent his angels to keep charge over us.<\/p>\n

Ps 91:11<\/strong>\u00a0For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go.<\/em><\/p>\n
